Out last night which wasnt to clever as coming down with cold. Felt yuk and ended up going back to bed at 2pm today. Slept through until 7pm. Got up and decided to play some poker as avoiding tv etc meant being able to watch Match Of The Day WITHOUT knowing any of the results !!!!!
Poker was nice tonight as it has been pretty much all of January when ive bothered to play
7.14pm £5 Headhunter - 9th of 157 for £29
8.00pm 8pm £2 mtt - 6th of 293 for £18
8.15pm £1k gtd - 2nd of 135 for £270
Also won a 63p lottery for the 9k gtd , Only shame was that i busted out of that so early.
Just before the break. AQQK board. Ive got KQ. He had AQ. One of those things. Had fortune in other moments of other games. Swings n roundabouts and all that bollox.
Couple of weeks for January left for the Gatsby awards so let me know any nominations. For live and online poker achievement i try to list either people i know or what i have heard of. Easy to have the odd one slip the Net. So any major results let me know and i will see if they worthy of the monthly award..
The hero award surely gotta go to the pilot of that aircraft that crash landed into the Hudson river in New York. All 155 live. Nice moment amongst the shitty news these days.
Knob of the month im currently debating between Craig Bellamy or a couple of others.
Joey Barton and Bassong could be up there with their little onfield spat as Newcastle got humped 3-0 . Brought back memories of Bowyer and Dyer. Play bad but try. Give it all even when shite. But never turn on your own. Effing barmy.

Bellamy is one of the reasons I am going off football and getting back into darts and snooker. Footballers in general tend to be arrogant wankers. Bellamy has been injured for most of the time he has been at West Ham still picking up wages you and I can only dream about. Yet he turns round and demands transfer. C**t.
