New Year was a good night, A local pub, we had the room upstairs booked as a private party then onto a friends house party. Got in about 6am and spent the majority of NYD in bed which was a bit of a pisser as i was meant to go out in the afternoon.

Quit Smoking
Quit Coca Cola (in all forms)
Quit Crisps and Nuts
Exercise at least 30 mins , 100 times in 2009 (roughly twice a week)
Get to goal weight.
Poker Goals for 2009
Not really much marked out. Keep enjoying the game, Try and make a profit, Play a bit more live and generally have fun.

Neil Channing - Winner of the Irish EPT. Also decent cash in the WSOP

Online Poker Performance Of The Year
Aryan "Avkid86" Varabi - Took down the 8,030 runner PokerStars Sunday Million Gtd for a very nice payday of over $138,000 and change. Absolutely awesome from a fellow geordie.
Runners Up - Soap and Mrs Dests - Consistent winners during 2008

Hey Paul, Happy new year and thanks for the vote for Melted Felt.
I gave up the smokes in Feb last year after 21 years of being a chainy... best health move ever and worth all the hassle, trust me on this one you'll be proud to be a non-smoker once you get there!
