What A Day

Had to cancel first trip back to WeightWatchers for the year as had to go to Newcastle for a medical (3 month review thingy) from Car Crash. Well it was so so , Good news wasnt there any long lasting damage but neck and shoulders still about 70-80% and im going to have to have physio for the next 6-9 months which is a pain but has to be done.

I was actually expecting a clean bill of health and the say so to start driving again and get back to normal so it was a bit deflating . Not to mention getting exercise or joining a gym. I was going to go to the match but just went back to work and then home for about 7pm and just thought fuck it. Have a bath, make something to eat, stick the radio on and have a game of poker. Played well , had a slice of luck and the 1st , 2nd and 5th shown on previous posts.

Dunno what it was , everything just clicked together. Well timed aggression (well a lot of manic aggression) or maybe after the day i had i didnt give a monkeys and was letting off steam, until of course i realised i was in a position to win a little.

So a bad day, turned ok. Still cant drive, on medication, Newcastle out the cup. But won over £600 tonight and every Monday till Halloween some young Physio Nurse is going to lash the hell out of me :) Could be worse couldnt it ???

Added a couple of blog links to the list ,. I need to read more or start cull them. I (like everyone) have my favourites, but the rest of time my blog reading is mood depending. Obviously the widget sorts them in order by date so i tend to click the updated ones.

I liked it better when i had them in alphabetical order i think. Clicking eagerly seeing if anyone had updated. Seeing if any big wins or any gossip or tales of dashing and cunning or pure cheek or evil, Or would a bad beat be accompanied by a tirade of blue expletives.

I often wonder how mine gets so many hits. I can win small stakes mtts , i can get lucky and then appreciate its variance so not go mental when i get rivered. The Gatsby awards are of course unique and legendary but do people come for them. Im sure you could google Lucy Pinder , Heidi Range , Gemma Merna , Gemma Atkinson , Keeley Hazel and view better than i publish

Im never going to go bust but im never going to be at the Final table of WSOP or EPT event either. Maybe i do need to hammer the live scene a bit more but at the moment i dont trust myself as its 2 weeks since i had a cigarette (or coca cola) See how this physio goes, Maybe start swimming a bit more and being more healthy. That said ive coughed more in 09 than i did in 08 !!!!

Anyways im rambling so im off to bed
